In 2019, Natalja Ancigina decided to follow her vision and open her own optics shop. Though not an optometrist herself, she was driven by a deep belief in the importance of good vision and meaningful service. She set out to build a space where people could feel comfortable, receive honest guidance, and leave with a smile.
